2 years old - Short coat - Female

Viola is a 2 year old Beagle mix who weighs under 12lbs. She has a smooth coat that is easily taken care of and doesn't require extensive grooming. Viola is a total lap dog. She is very sweet and loving. She gets along with almost all humans she has met so far. Viola is currently living in a foster home with big and small dogs. She has done well at the dog park. She has also attended doggy day care and done well. She lives with a cat and leaves the cat alone.

Viola has not proven to be a barker. She sleeps in a crate at night. She is an option for living in an apartment or condo setting. She will need a secure yard. She has proven to find her outlets out of a previous home (which is why she ended up at the shelter where we rescued).

Viola is only an option for a home that has had a dog in the last 3 years. If there are children in the home they need to be over the age of 9.

**Not all of our dogs go to each adoption event. We want to make sure if you are interested in a dog that we have the dog at adoptions but that can only happen if you fill out an application ahead of time and are pre-approved. (Generally this must happen prior to the weekend)

**If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event, please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit, we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend.
